1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• In original, unused condition

• In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

• Perishable goods

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, intimate products)

• Custom or personalised products

• Gift cards and downloadable software

If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to expedite the resolution process. Depending on the issue, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions from our team.

3. Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the item may be returned following our standard return process.
