Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

• Orders placed on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day (usually Monday or Tuesday).

• Please allow extra time for delivery during Christmas, New Year, and peak seasons.

Modifying Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support immediately at +447477204634 or email sales@buyinuk.co.uk. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. However, if you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
A returns form is included with your package—please fill it out and include it with your return.

Delivery Issues

Delivery to a Different Address

We can deliver to a different address from your billing address. Please ensure all details are correctly entered at checkout.
For security reasons, your billing address must match the address registered with your payment card. Mismatched information may delay or decline your order.

Delivery Expectations

• All deliveries require a signature upon arrival.

• You will receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window once your order is shipped.

• If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the nearest Royal Mail depot and held for 14 days.

• A valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required to collect your parcel.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email.
If you’ve provided a mobile number at checkout, you will receive an SMS with a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery.

Shipping Services & Costs

We offer the following UK delivery options via Royal Mail Tracked Services:

• Express Shipping: £4.99 (3–4 working days)

• Economy Shipping: £3.99 (4–5 working days)

• Express Signed For: £5.99 (2–3 working days)

• Special Delivery: £7.99 (1–2 working days)

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery. If a second attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Don't hesitate to get in touch with our team if this occurs.
